Here is my pick for December’s Picture of the Month.

During the week between Christmas and New Year’s we went through a pretty cold snap for us, with temps in the low twenties.   Mom and I  thought there might be some nice ice out near Multnomah Falls, so we took a drive and checked out a few of the falls.

Near the Lodge there was a series of icicles hanging from the moss on the rock walls, and while I was fooling around taking some shots of those, I came across this ice-covered little tree.
